This free class is designed for senior adults to improve flexibility, breath, balance, mobility, and fluidity by exploring various elements of ballet, jazz, modern, and improvisation. The Foodees Food and Culture Festival
1-7 pm | May 26; 11 am – 7 pm | May 27 and May 28. Free to attend the three-day celebration of food, art and community. More than 25 food trucks and food vendors, as well as artists, artisans and crafters at Lake Norman YMCA21300 Davidson St., Cornelius. This will be the YMCA’s opening weekend for Lake Norman activities. The YMCA will offer the lake activities and parking free for YMCA members, while non-YMCA members can buy passes for the lake activities and on-site parking will be $5 per car. There is no admission to enter the Foodees Food and Culture Festival. Just simply register for your tickets so that we know how much to have the food trucks bring.

6 pm | May 28. The 64th running of the Coca-Cola 600, NASCAR’s toughest test of man and machine.
