Feb. 2. Weather-wise, it will be an awesome weekend with temps in the 60s today, the 50s on Saturday and Sunday. Overnight lows in the low 30s for the next several evenings, so if your plants are fairly hardy you might leave them out on the sunny side of your abode. And Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow, so we’re going with an early spring, too. Actually, our local forecast comes from the National Weather Service:

Friday: Partly sunny becoming sunny, high 63.

Saturday: Sunny, high around 55.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, high near 54.

Monday: Mix of sun ‘n’ clouds, high 53-54.

Tuesday: Sunny, high near 52.

Wednesday: Sunny, high near 56.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, high near 60.
