Sept. 13. Despite Francine passing through to our west, the weekend weather will not be as bad as you might have thought. Light showers possible today and Saturday, not so much Sunday for the Panthers’ season opener.
Friday: Chance of showers, thunderstorms also possible after noon. High near 78. Northeast wind around 11 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph. Possible thunderstorms overnight.
Saturday: Chance of showers after 11 am, with a high near 79. East northeast wind around 11 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy, high 78-80. East northeast wind 10 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph.
Monday: Chance of showers before 9 am. Mostly cloudy, high 76-78.
Tuesday: Chance of showers after 3 pm. Mostly cloudy, high 75-77.
