March 3. Charlotte Water crews have responded to wastewater overflows near 18246 Mainsail Pointe Drive as well as the 18000 block of Peninsula Club. An estimated 84 gallons reached Lake Norman after a contractor accidentally damaged a pipe on Mainsail Pointe, according to Charlotte Water.

The spill on Peninsula Club was about 120 gallons.
