Sgt. Connors retires
March 1. Police Sgt. Jeff Connors has retired following more than 30 years in law enforcement. Connors has been with Cornelius PD since 2003, serving as a patrol officer, community policing sergeant and background investigator. Connors earned the Distinguished Service Award for his exemplary service to the department, contributions to programming and professional excellence.
