The annual LKN Kiwanis Club golf tournament will be held Aug. 17 at the Cowans Ford Golf Club in Stanley. Peninsula Community Foundation announces gifts

July 14. The Peninsula Community Foundation (PCF) has given donations to three local North Mecklenburg charities. Lake Norman Kiwanis received a $10,000 check towards the new splash park in Smithville.
