Aug. 25. Cornelius-based Carolina Farm Trust and Soil Regen will jointly host the Systems Change Conference at the Statesville Civic Center from Sept. 26-28. The conference aims to promote regional food resilience through regenerative agriculture.
The conference will cover Regenerative Farming, corporate and government sustainability, and the Food is Medicine initiative. Speakers include local North Carolina Farmers like Jamie Ager, founder and CEO of Hickory Nut Gap, and national and international soil scientists, farmers, and sustainable food systems advocates like Ray Archuleta, founder of the Soil Health Academy.
The conference is a call to action, and attendees will leave with actionable insights, innovative strategies, and a renewed purpose to drive positive change within their spheres of influence.
