March 26. Seaboy Restaurant and Bar, which opens tonight on North Main in Cornelius, is fully booked through Saturday.
Owner Jonathan Cox, the chef who has led kitchens for Jon Dressler of Rare Roots Hospitality, has eight people on staff.
The dining room has 10 tables but there is outside seating as well.
The cozy restaurant will “ensure each dish receives the attention it deserves, making every visit feel like a part of the community we’re proud to be in.”
