Feb. 22. Lost Worlds Brewing and the Pounding for Parker Foundation have announced a new community partnership, connecting the brewery in support of the foundation’s mission to improve the quality of life of childhood cancer survivors.

Lost Worlds Brewing has hosted previous events such as blood drives and plants sales, like the upcoming Pints For Parker Plant Sale + Blood Drive on May 7. 

The community is encouraged to stop by noon to 4 pm Saturday, May 7  and donate blood in OneBlood’s Big Red Bus, or buy a pint or a plant with proceeds benefitting the Pounding for Parker Foundation. 

And the foundation’s golf tournament has returned after a two-year pandemic hiatus. Registration is open for the May 16 event at NorthStone Country Club, Huntersville. 

The 6th Annual Pounding for Parker Golf Tournament will raise money to advance research for pediatric brain tumors and improve the quality of life of childhood cancer survivors.
