This coming Wednesday, four top political consultants—two Democrats and two Republicans—will field questions from the audience at the Cornelius Today/Business Today Newsmakers Breakfast at The Peninsula Club.
It will be an exciting event, a la Meet The Press. The speakers will not have prepared comments, rather, the audience will pose questions in a free-wheeling Q&A session. The political consultants are:
- Andy Yates, a Republican, is founder of Red Dome Group
- Tom Chumley, a Democrat, is well-known for his data analysis
- Michael Wilson, a Democrat, is running the Chaz Beasley campaign
- Neal Orr, a Republican, is a well known consultant and on-air pundit
All four will take questions from the audience. Newsmakers Breakfasts are an open-forum discussion with people in the news.
Doors open at 7:15 a.m. for networking. The buffet-style breakfast gets under way at 7:30 a.m. The Q&A begins at 8 a.m. and concludes at 9 a.m. sharp. The cost to attend, $12, includes a full country breakfast.
