July 15. Pioneer Springs Community School has purchased a neighboring property in historic Croft, expanding the current campus by 5.5 acres. The new site, located at 9300 Bob Beatty Road in Charlotte, features an existing facility with over 5,000 square feet, outdoor shelters, wooded areas and a pond.
Pioneer Springs has two historic properties: Croft Schoolhouse and the Davis House as well as a renovated barn, all now utilized for classrooms. Both properties are historic landmarks.
