Aug. 19. The contractor for the NC Department of  Transportaion  will not be paving the I-77 ramp at Exit 23 in Huntersville this weekend as planned, according Tweets from @HuntersvilleGOV.

The paving operation has been rescheduled for next weekend.

If NCDOT follows the same schedule as was planned for this weekend, then starting 9 pm Friday, Aug. 26, the Exit 23 Northbound Off-Ramp will be closed to pave, wedge and re-stripe. Work would pause on Saturday, Aug. 27 at 9 am, then resume 6 pm Saturday  and conclude Sunday, Aug. 28 at 9 am.
