As a now 25 Year Cornelius Homeowner Citizen….THE TIME HAS COME FOR A ZERO GROWTH POLICY WITHIN CORNELIUS.  (I could never imagine such an attitude until 2023.)

I understand property rights….realistic Growth trajectories…aspirations and all such good expectations, work, planning etc.    unfortunately the time has come to STOP CORNELIUS GROWTH ASPIRATIONS.  100 % Focus now to $$$ , effort, insistence that Our and NC State resources  “ catch up.”  NOW.

Traffic studies, political posturing, non tax-paying parties, DREAMERS…maybe tomorrow false hopes have created unreasonable and unacceptable gridlock!

Call it the new green deal….Social engineering….build it they will come dream etc. WE ARE HERE. STOP.

Not acceptable for anyone.   I Went 12 miles…24 miles round trip to support a local business today….took one and half hour including 10 minutes to conduct business……..one car length at a time within Cornelius.

I believe you CAN AGREE…..THIS HAS NOW REACHED WELL BEYOND ANY MEASURE OF OK.    FOCUS, FIX PRIORITY
