Sept. 16. By Donna Randazzo. A new French bakery on Statesville Avenue brings an authentic taste of France to Cornelius. Cocotte sold out an array of fresh-bake goods within two hours of opening in August.
Owners Alexandre Darbousset and Angela Yeo use flour from Grands Moulins de Paris, baking croissants, pastries, flan and breads daily.
Also on the menu: Sandwiches, macarons, madeleines, babka and chocolate eclairs.
