Drive to Ramsey Creek Park was blocked near the dog park

April 4. Cornelius Police have released more details in the case of the Concord woman who shot a man she knew during a domestic dispute at Ramsey Creek Park.

—Terri Lynn Bignell was arrested on Largo Place at about 12:45 am April 4.

—The man was shot near the bathrooms at the tip of Ramsey Creek Park eight hours earlier

—He had a single gunshot wound to the chest.

—The weapon was a handgun

—She was charged with assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury.

—Bignell was taken to the Mecklenburg County Jail without incident.

—Police have not officially released the relationship between Bignell and the victim.

—She was born 8-12-1956
