Oct. 8. The 12th annual Laketoberfest is this Saturday at Bailey Road Park. The free event, which runs from 4 pm to 9 pm, features live music, plenty of beer choices, food truck and a kids zone. Parking is free. Bring chairs or blankets to enjoy the show, but no pets or smoking.

On-site parking is limited due to ongoing construction.
