The five bedroom, eight bath home was listed at $12 million by Lori Jackson at Ivester Jackson Realty.

The house sits on a 1.44-acre lot with 365 feet of shoreline, a sandy beach, a gated entry, outdoor kitchen and infinity pool.

According to Mecklenburg property records, the sellers were Christopher & Julie Bennett; the buyer was Charles Lineberry.

It’s the highest price residential deal so far this year in Mecklenburg County.
