Budge Huskey, Julie Cash, Kristine Newell of Premier Sotheby’s

April 26. A boutique residential brokerage with high-end listings in Cornelius is aligning with a major player in the luxury real estate market. Julie Cash, founder and owner of J Cash Real Estate, has been acquired by Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.

Cash will become the managing broker for Premier Sotheby’s existing office in Jetton Village Shoppes as well as a new location in Langtree.

Cash said the merger is a natural fit.

Another luxury boutique broker, Cornelius-based Ben Bowen Properties, joined Premier Sotheby’s in February.
