April 22. The Town of Davidson is digging in for Earth Day. Activities at the Farmers Market on Saturday April 23 include music by Papa Grey Beard, cooking demonstrations and information on how to have a wildlife-friendly yard.
There will also be free native pollinator plants and seeds, not to mention information on solar power, composting and recycling. Earth Day, which is officially April 22, will be held 9 am to noon Saturday.
