Hospitalizations are at 480 statewide—down from 926 on May 14. COVID-19.

Between Friday and today in Mecklenburg County, there was one new COVID death, for a total of 973.

North Mecklenburg (change from Friday to today)

Cornelius: 6 new cases, 2,885 cumulative; 25 deaths total.

Davidson: 2 new cases, 1,694 cumulative; 15 deaths total.

Huntersville: 8 new cases, 6,047 cumulative; 53 deaths total.
