Cook Out is open on W. Catawba

June 23. After a serious remodel, Cook Out has opened on West Catawba between Starbucks and Bojangles just west of I-77. Cook Out purchased the former KFC building for $1.8 million last year and has a drive-up window. The chain offers North Carolina barbecue and fried favorites, as well as a Cajun chicken sandwich and quesadillas, Cheerwine floats and a wide variety of shakes. Indeed, the world of Cook Out milkshakes bubbles with choices. Combine any number of milkshake flavors to create your dream shake, ranging from Chocolate-Oreo and Peanut Butter-Banana Fudge to Banana Nut and Walnut. Yum.
