A great tradition, the Cornelius Community Thanksgiving service, will be hosted by Community in Christ Lutheran Church Monday, Nov. 23 at 7 pm. Pastor Joel Simpson of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church will be the preacher. Sandy Rogers will lead a special community choir made up of members of several churches and community members who will lead the music in worship. The Community in Christ Lutheran congregation is hosting a dessert social following worship. All Cornelius congregations have been invited to participate.
