Community Meeting on Wednesday the Davidson Carwash – Master Plan

March 31. TSG Residential proposes to develop the +/-2-acre site at 405 S. Main St. in Davidson to include a mix of commercial and residential uses.

The project envisions +/-9,900 SF of commercial space, 24 residential units within mixed-use buildings, 12 townhome units, along with parking, green space and various amenity features. The project intends to follow the Master Plan process.

The process requires a Community Meeting to introduce the project to the community, share development goals, and present how the design has evolved to date.

Residents and interested parties are invited to learn about this project and hear any initial feedback on the plans by attending a Community Meeting on Wednesday, April 2, at 6 p the lower level at the Davidson Town Hall & Community Center, 251 South St., Davidson.

The meeting will be facilitated by the developer and their project team. Town of Davidson staff will be on hand to answer questions.

The Community Meeting occurs prior to a formal application submittal by the developer. Should an official application be filed with the Town of Davidson, additional information will be available on the Planning Department website. www.townofdavidson.org

  1. Adequate parking is a major concern. Presently, parking on both sides of the road on Spring Street makes it difficult to navigate the road. Will this new development have adequate parking for new residents and shoppers at the new retail stores?
