Sept. 20. The Davidson Police Department and the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission are hosting a community meeting to discuss various aspects of hunting regulations and public safety around Lake Davidson.
The purpose of the community meeting is to discuss official hunting season dates, locations, regulations and state statutes that govern hunting activities within the community.
The community is invited to attend a public meeting on today, Sept. 20, at 6 pm in the auditorium of the Davidson Town Hall & Community Center, 251 South Main St., Davidson. The building can be accessed from the rear parking lot, toward Cathey Street.

For your question or topic to be addressed at this meeting, requests must be submitted by no later than 2 pm on Wednesday, Sept. 20.
