Community Conversation Thursday online: ‘A Quest for Equity’

Aug. 19. In response to the public outcry following the George Floyd tragedy, the mayors and police chiefs of Cornelius, Davidson and Huntersville will participate in a virtual conversation on social and racial equity on Thursday, Aug. 20. It will feature a panel discussion among town officials and community leaders.

The intent is to openly discuss inequities in our community and how all citizens can help turn the tide.

The public is invited to view this discussion and submit questions in advance for the panelists to address during the conversation. To contribute to the discussion, RSVP below and you will be prompted to submit your question or comment.  It starts Thursday, Aug. 20 at 6 pm.
