June 23. CoCo’s Cuisine, a mother-daughter food truck venture, will donate a portion of proceeds from sales on three Saturdays at the Davidson Farmers Market to Big Day at the Lake.

To support the fundraising effort, make a purchase from CoCo’s Cuisine 9 am-12 noon on Saturdays June 25, July 2 and July 16. You can find them at the Main Street entrance of the Davidson Farmers Market.

The menu includes Breakfast Tacos, Brioche French Toast, Beyond Burger Sandwich, Yuca Fries, Fried Plantain and a Fruit Smoothie.

Cherese Spand of Davidson says Coco’s Cuisine LKN is named after her granddaughter who loves to eat.

Spand and daughter Chenelle Lopez of Huntersville operate the food truck.

Big Day at the Lake  supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Carolina by providing a fun day for Bigs and Littles on Lake Norman and Lake Wylie, encouraging adults to become mentors and raising money  for the agency.
