June 10. The Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce will host UNC Charlotte Football Coach Will Healy Thursday, June 20 at a PowerLuncheon at NorthStone Country Club. The topic is “Building the Winning Team from the Gridiron to the Board Room.”
He will discuss how leadership is not about a title or a designation as much as it is about impact and getting results.

Healy makes his debut this fall as the new Head Football Coach of the 49ers.
Healy was selected as the head football coach for the Charlotte 49ers football program this past December. Healy, who has coached at Austin Peay State University for the last three years, is known for infusing energy and enthusiasm in his program, as well as engineering a major turnaround.
Healy, who joined Austin Peay in 2016, spent seven years as an assistant coach at Chattanooga before taking over as head coach at Austin Peay. He is a 2008 graduate of the University of Richmond, and was a team captain on the Spiders’ 2008 FCS National Title team.
