April 3. Davidson United Methodist Church will host the Choir of Clare College from Cambridge, UK for a concert on April 17 at 7:30 pm. Their Rolling River program celebrates some of the greatest choral music to have emerged from America in the last century, including a piece from North Carolina native Caroline Shaw, the youngest ever recipient of the Pulitzer Prize for Music, with works from their own great British choral tradition.

Since the founding of a mixed voice choir in 1972, the Choir of Clare College has gained an international reputation as one of the world’s leading university choirs.
