Aug. 11. Mt. Zion United Methodist Church invites everyone to gather  Sept. 12 on the church’s front lawn to honor Cornelius first-responders and town leaders. 

“As we remember the 20th Anniversary of 9/11, we will have a special service to remember and recognize those in our community who serve us,” the church announced.

The service will start at 11 am. 

Multiple food trucks will be available for lunch on the lawn. The church is located at 19600 Zion Ave.
