Feb. 17. The trouble with natural gas at the downtown Cornelius construction site repeated itself for the second time in a month outside the Cain Center for the Arts building. Traffic was re-routed briefly from Catawba Avenue around 1 pm due to the leak. Town officials said everything was fixed and Catawba reopened by 1:35 pm.
