Cedar Fair (NYSE: FUN), the parent company of Carowinds, is considering an unsolicited offer from SeaWorld Entertainment (NYSE: SEAS) valued at more than $3 billion. Bloomberg said it’s a sign of SeaWorld’s bullish outlook on the entertainment and leisure industry.
