Rural Hill Revolutionary War Re-enactment

Aug. 29. Want to meet Gen. Cornwallis? Historic Rural Hill will commemorate the Battle of Charlotte this Saturday and Sunday (Sept. 2-3) complete with Revolutionary War re-enactors showcasing the tactics, weapons and strategies used by the soldiers who fought for American independence.

The Battle of Charlotte is one of the most important battles in the Southern Campaign of the American Revolution.

The event will feature a range of exciting activities and demonstrations, including living history, camp life and civilian life, not to mention a variety of activities for kids.

BTW, Gen. Cornwallis will be in the programming tent at 10 am Saturday.

Tickets are $6 to $13, online.

Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm
Sunday: 10 am to 4 pm
