Marilyn Wright and Rob Garrett of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers; Chad Vincent and Melissa Boone of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services/Vincent Properties brought the buyer.
The five-bedroom castle-like home has more than $1 million in art, furnishings, and décor as well as accommodations for large-scale entertaining. The sale was recorded at $14.85 million.
Background
The sellers were Sandra and Thomas Rouse, co-founder of the Texas medical-device company Berkshire Biomedical.
