The Ada Jenkins Center’s 12th annual gala will be Saturday April 14 at Sweet Magnolia Estate in Cornelius. Tickets, at $225 per person, will help fund programs such as our workforce development and LEARN Works, which provides after-school reading, tutoring and enrichment programing to first through eighth grade students, as well as the food pantry and dental and medical clinics.

The event, “An Evening at the Races,” features food, drinks, live and silent auctions and musical entertainment. The annual gala is designed to raise money and awareness for the center’s mission to help people create lasting solutions to health, education, and economic stability in Davidson, Cornelius and Huntersville.

Last year the Ada Jenkins Center served nearly 4,000 individuals and families.
