Hop Into Spring will be held Saturday, April 5 from 2 pm to 4 pm at James Hoyt Wilhelm Park behind Cornelius Elementary. Designed for children ages 3-10 and their families, participants can enjoy an afternoon filled with fun, including crafts, music, face painting, a glitter tattoo artist and inflatables—as well as a visit from Peter Cottontail. All activities except for the Easter Egg Scramble are free, with concessions for sale. Only the Easter Egg Scramble requires registration in advance; spaces are limited and going fast. Free for Cornelius residents; $3 for non-residents. There will be no onsite registration.
