Community meeting on Birkdale Village proposal
6-7 pm | Dec. 16. Birkdale Village’s new owner is hosting a community meeting to talk about another proposal at a major expansion. Jamestown, Birkdale’s new owner, is asking the Town of Huntersville for approval for a 100-foot-tall office, 150 apartments, a hotel, two parking garages and additional retail. The project would require Conditional Rezoning. The proposed hotel would contain 125 rooms. The plans include 26,715 square feet of retail space and 122,300 square feet of office space.
