It’s Fondo time

Aug. 2. The Lake Norman Gran Fondo is a three-route bike ride that starts and ends in Davidson on Aug. 18.

The routes:
—75 Mile Gran Fondo 7:30 am Start
—50 Mile Medio 8 am Start
—35 Mile Piccolo 8 am Start

The Village Green will host all event activities. The riders are welcomed back into town by Mayor Rusty Knox on the guitar and vocals, followed by the Josey Wails Band. There will be food, music and several breweries on hand.
