April 1. Boris the Giant will open for The Drunken Dancing Dwarves tomorrow night at Lakeside Golf Club.

The dwarves, who have not toured in the United States since 1997, perform a magical, three-part show with drums and symbols. The small wooden bridge they dance on—and sing underneath—was used in “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.”

Boris the Giant, whose real name is Boris the Giant, is noteworthy for his multi-octave rendition of Midnight at the Oasis.
