July 2. Hecht Realty has merged with Lake Norman Realty, effective July 1, according to Abigail Jennings, president of Lake Norman Realty.

She said the deal doubles Lake Norman Realty’s commitment to the west side of the Lake Norman market.

Hecht Realty’s office space in Denver will become a dedicated property management and rentals office. The existing Lake Norman Realty sales office is nearby at 1818 Hwy. 16 N in Denver.

Bob Hecht, the long-time owner of Hecht Realty, passed away in 2019.

Lake Norman Realty now has more than 150 associates in seven office locations.
