Aug. 31. The Davidson Board of Commissioners unanimously approved moving forward with the engineering for sidewalk on the northside of Beaty Street, from the entrance of Oakhill Apartments to Shearer Street and possibly to north Main Street.

The FY2021 budget allocates $130,000 for new sidewalk projects. 

Staff will begin preliminary engineering, refine the budget and timeline, and provide an update to the board on or before January 12, 2021.
