Sept. 15, free document shredding
On Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Cornelius Police Department will host a FREE Document Shredding Event in the parking lot of Cornelius Town Hall. There will be a four bag/box maximum per resident or business. The public is encouraged to bring documents such as obsolete tax documents, financial statements, cancelled checks, insurance documents, business records, or any records that need to be safely destroyed. You do not have to remove clips, staples, or binders from the documents.
