Crazy gridlock

April 20. Police and town officials are keeping an eye on traffic on West Catawba which was fully gridlocked in both directions late this afternoon. Police are watching cameras on the town’s major artery, but there’s apparently no explanation other than unusual delays on I-77. 0000000
