Lora Jean Kiger Turnbull, 89 of Huntersville died February 27 at Olde Knox Commons. She was born in Meridian, MS on July 6, 1925 to Gus and Lucille Kiger.

Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Kimball and husband Clayton of Cornelius; son, Charles Turnbull and wife Connie of Hickory; 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Services will be private.
