WILLIAMS

L.B. Williams, 66, of Huntersville died May 21, 2015. He was born on April 10, 1949 in Sullivan County, TN to the late Cecil and Juanita Williams. He spent his career as a truck driver for Yellow Freight, working there over 32 years.  L.B. was a member of the Northside Baptist Church and Friendship Bible Class.Survivors include his wife Dawn Hunter Williams; daughters, Annette Love and husband Bert of Indian Trail and Angie Stroupe and fiancé Gerald Myers of Boiling Springs, SC; grandchildren, Katie and Emily Stroupe; siblings, Ronald Williams, Betty Pickel, Barbara Pickel, Francis Lawson and Judy Collins of Bluff City, TN, Mary Lynn Williams, Marie South and Jimmy Williams of Bristol; and special sister-in-law, Docus Phillips of Huntersville and brother-in-law Dennis Hunter of Winston-Salem. He was preceded in death by his brothers Robert and Elbert Williams.

The family will receive friends from 4-6 PM Sunday, May 24 at Northside Baptist Church. The funeral will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at Northside with burial following at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.
