Funeral mass Tuesday for Bailey’s Glen couple

cropped-photo-for-useMrs. Margaret “Peggy” L. Cislo, 67, and Mr. Thaddeus “Ted” C. Cislo, 69, of Cornelius, NC died in an automobile accident on November 18, 2016 in Huntersville, NC.  Peggy was born on July 8, 1949 in New Brunswick, NJ to the late Margaret and Thomas Glenn, II.  Ted was born on July 20, 1947 in South Amboy, NJ to the late Claire and Thaddeus Cislo. They were married for over 45 years.
 
Both graduated from East Brunswick High School and they met while attending Middlesex County College in Edison, NJ.  Peggy graduated from The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education, while Ted continued his electrical engineering studies at the New York Institute of Technology.
 
Peggy worked for 20 years within the South Brunswick School District, while Ted worked for 42 years with Con Edison in New York City. They lived in South Brunswick, NJ for 39 years before moving to Cornelius in 2012.
 
Ted and Peggy were inseparable in life and found their greatest joy in time spent with family.  They are survived by their son, Scott Cislo and his wife Tamara, of Cornelius, and their two granddaughters, Claire and Catherine.  Peggy is survived by her brother, Thomas Glenn III and wife Cheryl, of Point Pleasant, NJ, and her brother, Jeffrey Glenn and fiancé Lynn, of Perrineville, NJ.  Ted is survived by his sister, Cynthia Myers and her husband Glen, of Princeton, NJ.
 
A joint funeral mass will be held at 11am on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at St. Mark Catholic Church in Huntersville.  Following the mass, they will be laid to rest at Northlake Memorial Gardens in Huntersville.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm on Monday, November 28, 2016 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home in Huntersville
