Braedon Christopher Nolan, 10, of Cornelius, NC passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Levine Children’s Hospital, Charlotte, NC.

Braedon was born October 9, 2004 in Olney, Maryland to Chris and Kate Barber Nolan.

Braedon never let the challenges that life put in front of him dampen his spirit.  He was the bravest person that we ever met.  Braedon brought laughter and joy to those whose life he touched.  He will be missed by many.

He was a Cub Scout and played Taiko Drums.  Braedon loved to dance, he hip hop danced with Jordin’s Dance Studio, and danced with “Rince na h ‘Eirann School of Irish Dance”.

Along with his parents, he leaves to cherish his memory, his loving family; sister, Kaylin; grandparents, Mark and Carol Nolan, Sue and Edd McGatha, Mike and Geni Barber; uncles, Sean Nolan and his wife Rita, Ben Nolan, Matt Barber and his wife Debbie; aunt, Sara Warren and her husband Eric; favorite pets, dog, Scooter, cats, Bella Grace and Pippa Claire, bearded dragon, Spike and horse, Colonel.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 19, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 pmat Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville, NC.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Grace Covenant Church, Cornelius, NC with Pastor Scott Raney officiating.
