Betty Jane Davis Parks, 91, of Charlotte died August 25, 2015 at the Huntersville Oaks. She was born on March 29, 1924 to the late Thomas and Bertie Dunn Davis. She was a member of Cooks Memorial Presbyterian Church and worked for Wachovia for 37 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Parks and sister Geneva Davis Sherrill.
Survivors include her son, Daniel Parks and wife Myra of Charlotte; daughter, Betsy Keil and husband Jerry of Winnsboro, SC; sister, Margie Lawing of Chester, SC; 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at 11 AM Friday, August 28 at Cooks Memorial Presbyterian Church with Rev. T.J. Thompson officiating. Visitation will follow in the church fellowship hall. Burial will be private in the church cemetery.
