SAPPENFIELD
Ann Weddle Sappenfield, 83, of Huntersville, NC went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Thursday, March 23, 2017.
She was born on April 22, 1933 in Charlotte, NC to the late Alexander R. and Lucille H. Weddle. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Sarah Russell and brother, Jerry Weddle.
She is survived by her daughter, Charlotte A. Sappenfield; siblings, Mary Bass, David Weddle, and Jane Gregg.
She loved her family and will be greatly missed. Ann had a long banking career and retired from The Bank of America as VP of mortgage lending in 1995.
A celebration of life service will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Christ Presbyterian Church, 2461 Arty Ave., Charlotte, NC 28208.The family will receive friends one hour prior in the fellowship hall.
A private interment will follow at Sharon Memorial Park.
