June 7. Susan Tillis, wife of U.S. Senator Thom Tillis, will host a Baby Bundle Shower at Cornelius Town Hall (21445 W. Catawba Ave., Cornelius) on June 18th from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Armed Services YMCA’s (ASYMCA) Baby Bundle program delivers essential care items for newborns to new moms of active duty soldiers at Fort Bragg. The program is currently accepting donations at the Cornelius Town Hall for the bundles. Items needed include, baby blankets, onsies, baby wipes, sleepers, medicine spoons, diapers, clothing (sizes 0-3 months) and books.
